IMPLEMENTATION

Instead of watching the paint dry in your new studio, your equipment will be delivered and sets will be put up. Together we’ll introduce your new studio crew to their assignment – your vision. Workflows are being trained and workshops for dedicated studio equipment, composition and lighting techniques will be held. Passion for Aesthetics

Creating an online shop that conveys a similar emotion to a customer as the flagship store does is a great challenge to meet.

Generic layouts and standardized set-ups simply won’t cut it. Thinking outside the box with love for detail as well as economic aspects is a task I love to take on with dedication. A great idea isn’t enough – it takes a whole teams’ effort to create something outstanding. Combining different point of views to a customer experience unchallenged by competition is key to success in luxury eCommerce.

Starting up a new branch of business always is a challenge, especially when exploring new territory. Be comforted by my experience and our shared vision and tackle upcoming events with a combined endeavor.

A tight shedule and challenging goals to me are more of an incent than a complication.

My personal ambition is to create studios which are as much visionary as economical. Their output will outclass any service provider by far.

Handing over keys

Establishing a studio is finished when daily business is running smoothly and all questions are answered. Following up, all workflows should be checked up upon efficiency and cost-benefit ratio regularily. Not only for this but also for further expansions or adjustments I will be available for consultation.

Establishing the Studio

Remodeling a former storage room beneath the flagship-store in Hamburgs busy Moenckebergstraße a photo-studio was built from scratch. Studio-equipment was being evaluated by demand, acquired and set up. Previous lighting set-ups were reverse engineered by reference images, a workflow ranging from pre-production, styling, photography to post production and shop-upload handling was installed. Production was taken over from a service provider seamlessly and unnoticeable to the customers.

Due to excellent business development the studio was relocated and upgraded in terms of size, equipment and crew members only twelve months later.

Perfect use of available ressources keep set-rearrangements and idle times to a minimum. An adaptable concept of product display and dynamicly prioritised workflows enable a truly efficient production.

Shop-Relaunch

Joining forces with an Art Director a Web-Design Agency and a Magento Agency a complete remodel of the online-shop was conducted. The Shop’s appeal was to be refocused to a more emotional approach to align perfectly with an in-store experience. Taking advantage of full-screen-sized and retina-ready formats, detailed-orientated views and crops as well as a new and more sophisticated lighting concept enhance the pictorial vocabulary and contribute to a truly unique and luxurious shopping experience.
